7.30am.. wake up text.. 3ft pln stc .. thanks :0) .. so why not, jump out of bed, grab gear, into car and check out St Clair.. met with clean glassy conditions, slight offshore breeze, sunny, beautiful sparkling sea ..
took way too many pics.. so a select few today, and since we are supposed to have southerlies blowing through for the next few days.. will put some more up tomorrow, got some sweet shots of the Groms for tomorrow too .. Tom, Ben and Jae

Retro frame

Also did a small commission today, a hand painted design in the matt for a frame.. turned out pretty retro with silver accents.. recipient was stoked :0)

drove south and stopped at blackhead for 20 mins only got a few shots.

so just a few shots I never got around to putting up from the shoot at St Kilda on the 24th with the pics I took of the new poo pipe construction progress ...

xmas day in Dunedin

This morning at St Clair 8am, small silvery peelers, and the aftermath of the festive pack mentality... the destruction of some bins at the top carpark.

Then later in the morn, some clean sets coming through at Blackhead, 8 out for an xmas surf.. cold though, and the swell died with the change in tide..

St Nick gets Pitted on Christmas Eve

Have a great christmas day everyone,
I'll be getting stuck into my double batch of trifle I just made tonight with 3/4 of a bottle of sherry in it. Hugs to my darling Amber having her first christmas away from the family.
