floyd got his hay
Again the sea wall got a beating today, fun thing of it was watching all the joy it gave the young kids, and the old ones.
Went up to Wakouaiti to get some bales of hay for Floyd who was a happy cavy to finally get some fresh nibbles. Also got a few shots at Matakana.

Hey Phoam-
Just want to say I'm a fan of your work. I really the non-surfing landscapes too. I'd love to see more of them on your blog.
I spent several weeks in your city this last December. The surf did not cooperate, but Dunedin was really enjoyable. Reminded me a bit of my city, San Francisco...but with a better art & music scene (actually, "better" in a lot of ways).

CHEERS SJ - always helps to use the play of the last light of the day... hope you're getrting a few good surfs in up your way.
thanks Jonathan, it feels nice lately to put shome shots up other than the surf/sea ones. And yeah, last December was pretty flat, sorry we didn't put it on for you.. maybe you can defect to NZ to live :0)
Nic, don't think the thought hasn't occured to me.
Jonathan
