Damn computers!!! ongoing saga of my acer computer which has been away being 'fixed' for the last three and a half weeks... its fixed, then its not, then it is, then its not.. after two hours at Harvey Normans today waiting to finally pick it up and take it home with my new Storm card installed in it ready to go .. it all goes to the dogs again.. and its going to be another three days at least till they sort out the latest hitch. WARNING DO NOT BUY AN ACER COMPUTER!! they suck, and the customer care/service by Acer is appalling. All this as I type away on my ACER laptop which seriously died after lending to a friend.. (don't loan computers to friends) it ends up costing an arm and a leg to fix their negligence.
meanwhile .. another of hayley. been getting a few of her lately :0)
So the above ramble typed at the tail end of my daughters Ambers' 17th birthday party, being held downstairs in the basement.
Do I sound negative? nah, just expressing how I feel about computers/technical stuff right now.. oh to leave it all and be in bliss with a 9-5 job cleaning toilets or something equally mindlesly numbing.

of all paid photography work, surf photographers are at the bottom of the heap money wise, 95% of surf publishers want your shots for free for the 'presitge' of having your work published, online or on paper. I am just a grom in that department. he he.. so I publish my own shots (blog).
