pity the design... I am sick of seeing these Calder Stewart prefab concrete boxes all over this city. The site in my opinion is deserving of something special, not some concrete template from Milton!
In 50 years time they will classic - I'm sure the same was said about art deco style following the villa and nz bungalow styles.
But - I do agree - it does look out of context - would be great to see a street filled with them, but on it's own it sticks out like a bit of a sore thumb.
