Part two.. just a few extras from yesterday.
today was a welcome day off for me.. had a baking afternoon, two batches of scones (cheese and date) ANZAC bikkies, and made a yummy steak and kidney pie with homemade from scratch flakey pastry.. what an experience making pastry that way 16 layers of pastry between butter.and it tasted good.
