Had a breather over at Blachead this avo

so many changes and pending changes in my life at the moment, doing the things to find stillness amoungst the rush and demands has been challenging. I ask myself why I get passionate about new things just when its a time to consolidate and focus on the old known necessities. Such is life. So yes, a breather at blackhead this avo was just what I needed, there is something about the embrace of the headland there behind me and the unchanging Island that is grounding.
