Another dawnie, thats what I love about winter in Dunnos, you don't have to get up too early to catch the dawn light play :0) Just one surfer out at St Clair, basking in some regular clean peaks and the odd barrel.
Family and friends is enough of a reason though, they're always there when you need them .. unlike here in Dunnos, its hard to borrow cash from a sand bank :0)
I hear ya SJ, but u could always transport them down here if you had to. They probably live about two hours away anyhow, which in my books is a good, "close but not to close thing!"LOL Uckland is only 2hrs by plane! But I know u & Nic r probably growning at my words, and I have to admit I do miss SOME of my whanau at times.... Hey Nic some of Dunno's sandbanks come up with gold!!!
Your words are always appreciated :0) And the world as it is today is smaller than ever.. all my family bar one in Dunnos live 2-4 hours away by plane and has been that way for 20 years. But its great for me to know some of them check my blog every day :0)
I miss Dunners now :( .....Never thought id say that, but you guys have a real nice little town, far better than the rat pack i live around lol.

Well to tell ya the truth iv been trying to find one since i came back, and all i have come up with is my family and friends are here lol.
