In loving memory of my Sigma Part I

It has been a week since my new Sigma lens decided to misbehave and not function for me. This has its pros and cons though...
con is: I havent been out taking photos, simply.
pro is: that I have been burning the midnight (and most of the day) oil the last week furiously painting for a new series of surf artworks to hang at the Classic Cafe at the Hot Salt Water Pool.. they are going up tomorrow morning... and they're something just a bit different.

So today for a painting break I decided to do a bit of a retro in memory of my dysfunctional lens, of all the shots that were okay to put on the blog, but did not make it.
The following shots cover the 6th to the 10th of December 2006.

Hey Nic nice site. when you do a nice lineup shot (like this one of blackhead) I like to make them my computer wall paper. Any chance of making them full so they are screen size when we click on them?

Hi Stuart..
good suggestion.. what I will do is make a selection of images available for desktop/wallpaper in screen sizes on my phoam website so they can be downloaded from there, will have a fiddle over the weekend see what I can do.
In the meantime Stuart, send me an email with your screen size/resolution.. and I will email you back a custom made one of the Blackhead image for you.

Nic
