Pics at last! --- Blackhead



Been a long time since I have been able to get pics processed and uploaded for the blog, there has also been alot of other stuff happening in my life which has put me out of action for the last week or so. And now I have just sorted out a convoluted way to get some shots on the blog, my computer is still in the shop, been 6 weeks, and have now given an ultimatum, if I dont get a full refund by friday, its small claims court. Harvey Normans' customer service is abysmal.

So been flat as everywhere around Dunedin the last however many days its been, but Blackhead had some clean 2ft sets coming through.

Hi Nic, just finished reading your excellent write up by Keith Glendon on the Surf.co.nz website. Really interesting to hear how you have come to be where you are at today. Also stoked you're back up and running again (at least in some limited capacity) - checking your site has become a bit of a daily thing so was missing having it in action. Lovin your work - keep it coming!! PS I hope your daughter's health has improved - sounded pretty nasty!! :o(

Heya Jono, I had most of my data backed up on an external Hard Drive which I still have at home, just lost two weeks backup of work in photoshop and pics for trademe listings and printing pics.

I totally agree, its all about the sales, and not the customer care. They should honour the transaction as the retailor, and offered a replacement or refund after two weeks and then claimed against the manufacturer, acer themselves for the credit on the machine,.. the store makes the policy of refunds NOT the manufacturer ...

heya! Jonathan! cheers for the 'welcome back' :0) good news is that after my letter yesterday to Harvey Normans.. I have now got a cash bank deposit refund for the computer, and I immediately rang a local custom build computer outfit with a history of excellent product and customer service to go ahead with my custom built machine!! woo hooo! should have it by mid next week, so i can continue with my work.. :0)

I'll PM you about the new builders Jono. and the lolly was bought from the store at the top of Middleton Road with the chippie next to it. A friend went in and mentioned that two kids ended up in hospital after 'using' the spray lolly bought from there, and their indifference was very evident, they didn't care.
